Join Community Hospice as we celebrate our 40th Anniversary at our Annual Golf Fore Community Hospice tournament at Del Rio Country Club on September 16, 2019.
Golfers will enjoy a hosted lunch, fun course activities, plated dinner, raffle drawing and an exciting Live and Silent Auction.

12:00pm – Scramble Tee Off
4:00pm – Cocktails and Silent Auction
5:30pm – Dinner, Awards and Live Auction
