Giving Tree Dedication Ceremony

Community Hospice invites those who have memorialized their loved ones on our Giving Tree to a special ceremony. Purchasing a leaf or branch on the Giving Tree provides an opportunity for patient families, donors and community members to honor or memorialize a loved one. These generous donors help our organization to continue to provide compassionate, quality care, education and support to our patients, families and community members regardless of their ability to pay.
