Light Up a Life 2016

The Community Hospice Foundation Friends of Hospice have hosted the Light up a Life Holiday Tree event for over 30 years. Light Up a Life 2016 was a moving tribute for lost loved ones. The tree will stay lit for the duration of the holiday season in remembrance of those who have passed.

Beautifully decorated trees and wreathes filled the Gallo Center for the Arts’ lobby this past weekend for our annual event, Fantasy of Trees. This year’s event hosted wonderful boutiques, fantastic food and a visit from a Saint Nicolaus himself!

Before the Silent Night, a silent auction for Community Hospice

The beauty of the Fantasy of Trees fills the lobby of the Gallo Center for the Arts this week, with about 18 designer-decorated wreaths and trees of various sizes on silent auction and standing ready for a holiday luncheon and boutique Friday. Fantasy of Trees is a fundraiser for Community Hospice.

Veterans Pavilion Dedication Ceremony

Over the Edge for Community Hospice 2016

The first ever Over the Edge for Community Hospice was a success! Over the Edge for Community Hospice was hosted at the historic Medico-Dental Tower in Downtown Stockton. Seventy-five participants, or “edgers”, raised at minimum $1,000 each for the opportunity to rappel down the 12 story, 145 ft. Stockton landmark. In total, Over the Edge for Community Hospice raised near $130,000. The proceeds from this event will help Community Hospice provide services throughout San Joaquin County.
