Light Up A Life Tree Lighting Ceremony

Friends of Community Hospice invite you to join us on Facebook Live @CommunityHospiceCV as we light the tree on the corner of Coffee and Briggsmore at Sutter Memorial Medical Center.
This Holiday Ceremony offer family, friends and community members moments of healing and hope. Your purchase of a Symbolic Light or Personalized Ornament supports the Mission of Community Hospice.
Ornament orders must be received by December 10, 2020 in order to receive by Christmas. Please consider purchasing a light(s) to honor a local first responder and/or essential worker.
